Quiet meditation during the holidays can leave you peaceful. Sit or lie comfortably, close your eys, and come to stillness. Breathe easy, and say out loud the following affirmations 6 times each:
My arms feel warm and heavy. I am peaceful.
My legs feel warm and heavy. I am peaceful.
My heartbeat is calm and regular. I am peaceful.
My abdomen radiates warmth. I am peaceful.
My forehead is cool. I am peaceful.
My breath is easy. I am peaceful.
