My arms feel warm and heavy. I am peaceful.
My legs feel warm and heavy. I am peaceful.
My heartbeat is calm and regular. I am peaceful.
My abdomen radiates warmth. I am peaceful.
My forehead is cool. I am peaceful.
My breath is easy. I am peaceful.
