Weight management apps

We’re a culture ape for apps. Everyone with an iPhone or SmartPhone has apps. And apps to find apps. (My fav – Starbucks app that lets me pay with my phone. Shut up! Technology is cah-razy!)

Food records are the most arduous tool dietitians have yet the most effective in keeping on track in weight management. Clients ask all the time, ‘Is there an app to track my meals?’ And gosh, yes, there are just too many so I’m offering a killer review of free apps by dietitian Sarah Krieger.
