On-the-Go Portion Control

January 2nd, 2010

Was I ever excited to see Gourme’ Mist in Today’s Dietitian Dec 09!!

As we enter 2010 battling the bulge of the holidays, in comes Gourme’ Mist to scooch us along. Safe for getting through security at the airport (only 3.5 ounces) and for keeping your salad calories within your control, this is a dandy addition to your quart-sized Ziploc bag.

Same great flavor, same great imported Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil and balsamic vinegar (sold separately), every bottle has a total of 208 servings and each serving is always under 5 Calories! What a deal for only $5.99! www.gourmemist.com

Weight loss is challenging. While food manufacturers often foil us with the guise of fussy packaging with pretty pictures and words like “natural” splashed all over, some are bending over backwards to be helpful. Read the labels!!!
